Is there a commitment or contract? If you are a retainer client with hours from 10-15 you have no commitment to us, you may cancel at anytime but services for the month you are cancelling must be paid. If you have retained 20 hours or more we do ask for a written cancellation 45 days from date of cancel. We do this because we are committed to our clients and would like that commitment in return. We do have a contract that respectfully details our objectives and yours, as well as the confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement. There is no cancellation fee or penalty of any kind.
Who we are? And how we pick our team? Working at All You Need Business Services means you are here to help with the highest level of efficiency and quality CUSTOMER SERVICE. Our Virtual Assistants and Graphic designers must demonstrate an extreme level of attention to detail, it means they have proven to be a problem solver, a quick study, and capable of handling a wide range of tasks. It means they are friendly and communicate well. They are trustworthy. and of course, it means that they enjoy helping other people. Being a Virtual Assistant is not an easy job and we have what we believe to be the highest VA standards within our industry. Our VA's go through testing of all Windows and Mac applications (where applicable) and all have at least 5 years of an administrative background. Our Graphic and Web designers all have at least 10-12 years of web development and creative design experience.
When will I be billed? You will be billed 5-10 business days prior to the date of your invoice being due. Generally depending on the month and your particular agreement invoices are due every 30 days. We can set-up automatic billing through a credit card of your choice as well, there’s an additional cost of 4.95 service fee for this accommodation. In addition invoices that are not paid within 5 business days of the due date will incur a late fee of 10.00 per every 30days of being late.
Where are your assistants located? Unlike our competition, we are 100% U.S. Most of us are Independent Contractors that work from our own offices – approved by A.Y.N.B.S. HR Inspection upon hire. We DO NOT send any task overseas, so by working with us you are keeping money in our economy flowing and creating jobs for people in the United States.
Are there any hidden or additional costs? There are no hidden costs, no activation fees, additional taxes, or cancellation fees. You will be billed for your monthly plan and nothing more. We do charge for material cost and shipping expenses. We will let you know when you assign the task whether there will be material charges so there won't be any surprises.
Will I be speaking to a different person every time I call? Depending on your retainer plan you might have one VA dedicated to your needs. You will be introduced to our company by the Executive Director, Michelle A. Davis or her assistant. Once the introduction has been made and your needs assessed we will have a answer for you. If you have a preference of only working with one VA we can definitely work within your needs.
What if I go over the time allotted by my monthly plan? We notify you 3 hours from the time your plan is about to end. You can move up to the next highest plan, have us stop working until your next billing cycle, or continue working at an hourly rate of $40/hour. Although, we would love to offer unlimited flexibility in order for us to have quality time management with all of our clients the above processes have to be in effect.
Compared to foreign virtual assistants, why are your rates so expensive? Because we are a business we must be cost effective and pay our Virtual Assistants reasonable rates. As the old saying goes, you pay for what you get… We give quality so would like to be paid at those rates. We are very competitive and believe we are very reasonable within our industry.
Are all Virtual Assistants paid the same hourly? No, depending on the skill set and task given every Virtual Assistant is paid on a different pay scale. Our Event and Entertainment VA's work at an hourly rate starting at $40.00 an hour and this is not discounted.
We do offer preferred rates for non-profits and organizations and individuals involved with education? Please send us an email telling us about your organization (we will require proof) and the kind of work you would like us to do for you and we will get back to you with a rate.
